Personal training
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Private training programs are uniquely created based on individual needs, interests, and goals. Programs build strength and endurance for beginners just as well as it does for athletes. Programs are created using information acquired through your health and injury history and a movement screen. Not one for sticking to a particular method, instead we use numerous techniques and tools in order to progress and build a program for a client. Sessions run 50 minutes.
